A recent study has found that eating broccoli can protect the lungs from damage.
Researchers have discovered that a substance sulforaphane in broccoli increases
the activity of a gene (NRF2) responsible to lung health.

When toxins build up in lungs, this gene is responsible for activating the mechanisms that remove these toxins. Smokers and people who have a pulmonary disease, cells in the lungs are insufficiently protected by this gene.
By eating broccoli, the activity of NRF2 increases, helping to remove toxins from lung. In addition to this, broccoli has many other health benefits. Broccoli has many basic nutrients such as vitamin C, A, Ca and fibers more than a well-known sources of these nutrients.
The same amount of broccoli has more vitamin C than orange and three
times more fiber than wheat bread. Broccoli also contains a number of potent
cancer-fighting substances such as sulforaphane and isothiocyanates.
These chemicals have been shown to stimulate the body's production of its own
cancer-fighting enzymes. If you don’t like broccoli, try broccoli sprouts. They
contain up to 100 times more of these chemicals.

To maintain our body temperature, brain function, voluntary and involuntary muscle activity we need to get energy (calories). Daily norm of calories depends on age, gender, and physical activities. For instance 19 year old male needs in average 3000 calories a day while female needs 2000, assuming both having the same level of physical activity.
Food is a mixture of carbohydrates, fat, proteins, vitamins, minerals and fibers derived from plants, animals, fungus and fermented products. For proper function, growth, repair and heal our body needs these components in appropriate proportions.

Healthy eating is keeping proportions of nutrients and controlling the daily calories. There is no ideal or universal formula for that. If we want to look healthy we have to know the basics of healthy eating and observe the rules. Healthy eating can reduce the risk of many chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, osteoporoses, and different types of cancer. In addition, it can help regulate blood pressure and cholesterol.

High frequency electromagnetic field generator is the hart of any microwave oven (a.k.a. Microwave) . These waves cause to vibrate any electric charge careers inside the oven (food) bringing up the temperature. Since water molecules (in food) don’t have free electrons, the whole molecule is shaken effectively with altering electric field heating up the food placed inside microwave oven. For safety reason the generator is placed inside the metal box to prevent its effect on surrounding objects outside the Microwave.
If the object inside Microwave contains free electrons, as metals do, that will cause very high temperature due to strong electric currents induced in metal. Temperature can be high enough to melt down or burn out the metal object. It may cause damage to oven and electric circuit. For that reason you may not put any metal containing object in a Microwave.
Interestingly, the new approach in medicine to cure cancer is based on using radiofrequency electromagnetic waves with combination of nanoparticles (metal particles about the size of small molecules). The idea is the following: The suspension of metal nanoparticles with attached antibodies to tumor cells is injected into bloodstream to target the cancer cells. These particles easily penetrate and bind cancer cells. Than the body of patient is placed into the radiofrequency electromagnetic field to heat the metal particles and destroy cancer cells. There are some laboratories that do experiments on animal models using this technique and they have come up with some positive results.

Our genetic code has the answers what medicine can help us,
which environmental toxin from our eating, drinking or breathing can kill us?
What kind of food we have to eat for longer and healthier life?
Today’s
level of knowledge about ourselves doesn’t allow us to create a personal diet
tailored to our genetic makeup. We don’t have personalized food,
nutrition and medicine, first of all, because we don’t have our genetic
profile. Another reason is the cost of creation of individual genetic profiles;
the huge amount of information about us.
Although
the human genome, the sequence of one set of chromosomes, is almost identical,
however we all are different. We look different because everyone’s DNA is
unique. That’s our real identity.
We eat
and digest differently, even when we eat the same food. The same remedy can be
effective for one person but ineffective for others. So to get the maximum
effect of whatever we eat or consume as a food, as drug or remedy, we need
specific formula, combination tailored to our DNA.
Eating
for your genotype is probably decades away. However DNA-specific nutrients are
already here. You may ask what that is. To get all your questions answered

Seizure is an abnormal electrophysiological phenomena
causing synchronized
discharge of brain cells. A group of cells or an entire area
of the brain can be involved into this type of activity. As a result of seizure
the mental state can be altered and uncontrolled movements can occur.
If seizure is
recurrent than it is an epilepsy, a serious neurological condition. In epilepsy
some brain cells discharge although they aren't supposed to. Any sudden
imbalance between the excitatory and inhibitory inputs to a network of neurons may
bring to excessive excitability and seizure. Abnormal metabolism, chemical
imbalance, allergies, poisoning, brain infections, stroke, brain tumors and
injures and many other factors can cause this condition.
Epilepsy affects much more people than cancer, tuberculoses and
multiple scleroses together. Over 2.5
million people in USA
diagnosed with epilepsy. It doesn’t have age- dependency and for many people
the cause is unknown. The leading cause of epilepsy for children is birth
trauma, for adults are - automobile accidents, for people over 65 are strokes.
The most essential
part of cause for epilepsy, not depending on age, is the stress.
Stress can be the result of overwork, dissatisfaction with
others, not enough sleep, fear, anger, overeating of wrong foods (a regular American
diet), money or time pressure, tense relations in family and work.

In the Andean region of South America , where Quinoa originated, it has been very important food for Incas during 6,000 years. It was cultivated in Peru at up to 4,000 meters higher than the ocean level altitudes .Therefore its commercial production is limited.

Quinoa is the most nutritious food product on earth. Qunoa is the only food packed with all necessary proteins. This grain is as old as. Quinoa contains all those proteins which we usually get from meat, eggs and diary products. That means it has all the esse4ntial aminoacids we need. In addition it contains a lot of fibers, some carbohydrates and healthy fats. Historicaly Quinoa is known as “Incas Food”.
We know very little about this miracle food because of luck of information about it. After all, Quinoa is very delicious and easy to prepare. It has nutty flavor and cooks even faster than rice or other grain. You’ll probably find Quinoa in your grocery store among grains. However not in every grocery store that’s available. Look in “Whole Foods” markets or healthy food section of grocery stores. You can stock up Quinoa also online at edenfoods.com.

Food
is a mixture of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and water. It also may
contain vitamins and minerals. Usually food components have a
vegetarian or animal origin. However there are many food supplements
having artificial origin (sweeteners, colors, artificial flavoring
components). During cultivation vegetarian food products may become
contaminated with some chemicals being used as fertilizers or
pesticides. Processing procedures such as cooking, frying,
pasteurizing, etc. food may get additional harmful substances
(coloring, artificial flavoring and preserving components). Thus our
every day’s food potentially contains harmful chemicals-toxins.
Environment
where we live day by day becomes more polluted. Every day tons of
potentially dangerous for our health chemicals are being thrown into
the rivers, lakes, seas and ocean basins. According
to the statement of the National Research Council, about 70,000
chemicals in commercial use today have not been tested whether they
have toxic effects.
